DOGGIE'S DON'T DRINK WATER ?

A new problem in today's world :

Meera: Kashika you know my pet doesn't like water :( .. I try a lot still he doesn't intake water. Please help me.
Kashika: Ahh I have a brilliant plan for everyone .. lets read...

So a lot of dogs love having water but a lot of them dont like.  You cant force your pets to drink more water. What you can do is make water more appealing.
Here are few tips veterinarians recommend -

1. Buy Bottled Water - Many pets dislike the smell (and taste ) of chlorine and other substances in tap water or R.O water.

2. Add little Flavouring - When you want your pet to drink more, try adding a little flavor to his water bowl by pouring in a small amount from a can of clams, for example. : "My dogs loves the water that's left after boiling meat or chicken "

3. Put gravy on the menu - One of the easiest ways to help your pets get more fluids is to moisten their dry food with the little water or give them moist food which is more easy to digest.

4. Change the bowl -  Dogs and cats are extremely sensitive to odors, and plastic water bowls may develop off smells that discourage them from drinking more. Switching to steel or ceramic bowls will prevent odor buildups.

Why should you walk your dog ??

Reasons why you should walk your dog :

We all love to pamper your kids be it feeding them good food, treats or getting them their fav toy.
With so much of love and pampering, 98% of the pet today are gaining weight and becoming obese.
Obesity is one of the greatest concerns in our country today.
Obesity leads to n no. of diseases like liver enlargement, renal failer, diabetes, and heart issues.

Let's Go Over 10 Reasons Why You Should Walk Your Dog:

1. Bonding. Taking your dog out for a nice evening or early morning walk is a great bonding experience.
 2. Exercise and muscle building. Even if your dog is not overweight, exercise is an important part of keeping your pooch healthy.
3. Walking your dog will tire him out. A tired dog is a well-behaved dog. And a much less destructive dog!
4. While having a good size yard is beneficial, it doesn't supplement for walks. The yard is the yard. Not many new smells, not many new sights, just the same thing every day. Getting your dog out and about provides him with mental stimulation. Smelling new smells, seeing new things, exploring.
 5. Great training opportunities. While your walking, teach things like heel. Or teach him to sit before crossing the road, the opportunities are endless.
 6. Socialization. Walking your dog is a great opportunity to meet other dogs.
7. Walking your dog is great for their digestive system. And can even help with constipation. 8. The more you walk your dog, the more energy you burn, therefore you have a much less hyperactive dog at home.
9. Walking your dog can become a wonderful routine, and helps us humans get out of the house as well!
10. Finally, last but not least - walking your dog isn't only beneficial for him, but also for your own health
Even if you don't have a chance every day to walk your pooch, he will be happy with a short 15-minute walk every couple days. Hey, it's better than nothing! So what are you waiting for? Get outside and walk that pooch!!
