A STORY OF AN ADOPTED PET WHO CHANGED THEIR LIFE ALL TOGETHER!!

It all starts and end with her by Ankita Chakraborty!!

Since childhood, I always had a desire to have a pet as my li’l sister and every time I wanted a
Dog, I was refused by my parents as it’s quite a big responsibility. Years passed by and one day my cousins happened to take a little pup home. They named her Snoopy.I was ecstatic that I could meet her every time I wanted to and somewhere my conscience of having a dog got fulfilled. Snoopy was the sweetest puppy I could have met, ever. Days went by Snoopy grew into a big girl, and perhaps the most beautiful and elegant among us.

In 2014 my cousins had to shift to Dubai for their job. It was difficult for them leaving Snoopy but at the same time it wasn’t possible for them to take her along with them. Snoopy needed a loving home. We decided to shift Snoopy with us and I was the happiest one to have done this. The initial days were quite effortful as it became immense difficulty for the poor chap to adjust with us and so did our’s. Our daily routine changed drastically. We had to be by her side the entire day as leaving her perhaps haunted her with the fear of being left alone, again . She used to get restless and barked immensely when we were out of home. We loved her cared for her selflessly, day and night. Snoopy is now the youngest and the most pampered member of my family, and a part that completes my family.
My day starts and ends with her, unlike it was a year before. We play and laugh together. Gifts and treats are a must during any festival. Every day our dad brings home something for Snoopy while returning from work. Every evening, Snoopy is always at the veranda waiting for us to return home. I too ensure that I return home as soon as possible so that I don’t have to keep my baby waiting for long. Thereafter, together we go for a walk and sometimes take Snoopy for a long drive, as she loves riding a car madly.
I am very thankful to my parents that they allowed me to take Snoopy with us and yes, we do love each other unconditionally. Today, I just can’t imagine my life without her. She is my love, my life, my everything.

Snoopy, we all love you!!
